- Generalist Stream: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Specialist Stream: Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university

Exam Details
- Objective-type examination conducted online
- Questions (except English) are available in both English and Hindi
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer
Cut-Off Criteria
Candidates must achieve minimum qualifying marks in each section along with an overall cut-off score to be shortlisted for the next stage. Cut-offs are determined based on the number of vacancies in each state or union territory.
Interview Process
Candidates who clear the written exam are invited for the interview round. The process is coordinated by National Insurance Company Limited, while individual companies conduct interviews at their respective regional offices.
