Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognized university
OR - 12th (HSC) passed with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, and PWD candidates)
Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in the regional language of the state of recruitment

Online Examination (CWE)
- Conducted in online mode
- Objective-type questions
- Questions (except English) are available in both English and Hindi
- Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer
Computer Proficiency Test
- Qualifying in nature
- No separate marks are awarded
Cut-Off Criteria
Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section as well as an overall score to be shortlisted for the next stage. Cut-offs are determined based on vacancies in each state/UT.
Interview
Candidates who clear the written examination are called for an interview. The process is coordinated by National Insurance Company Limited, while interviews are conducted by respective companies in their regional offices.
